distorsiocomposadaVideo-dance exhibited in Fundació Iluro, MataróThis work explores how the human body adapts to the visual language of painting. Inspired by Claudia Groop’s Wolfenbüttel, the piece translates the painting’s dense atmosphere and four-legged figure into movement.
Through shadow, rhythm, and physical distortion, the body becomes both subject and canvas, merging gesture with texture. Created for the “Jornades PAD FIDA” and exhibited at Fundació Iluro (Mataró), the work investigates the tension between form and abstraction — how a body, when placed inside a pictorial world, can evoke the same emotional depth and ambiguity as the original painting.
